SHELL TO SHOWROOM FAQS

The Shell to Showroom Tour is a 2 hour experience, where guests will cruise on shimmering waters to our pearl leases and witness ethical farming in action. Learn the secrets of sustainably grown pearls, experience a live harvest and the rare beauty of our signature pearl jewellery. Led by our knowledgeable team, this curated tour takes you from shell to showroom in one unforgettable experience.

You will be on the water for approximately one hour. All other parts of the experience are land based and undercover.

 

Yes, the Shell to Showroom Tour is suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied by a guardian.

We ask you to please arrive 15 minutes before your tour to check in and use bathroom facilities.

 

While we do have a canopy on our Farm Cruise vessel, the sides are open to elements including sea spray. We recommend bringing sun, wind and rain protection as well as a water bottle and camera to capture the incredible sights on your tour!
