The Pearler’s Plate features a curated snack spread of Australian cheeses, dried fruit, olives and nuts. Please note oysters are not included, but can be purchased fresh and shucked at our Shellar Door to add to your plate.

 

The Pearler’s Plate is designed for guests aged 16 and over.

 

The Pearler’s Plate is available Tuesday to Saturday. We recommend contacting us if you have questions about specific times, as these may vary by season.

 

Yes, we recommend booking in advance, particularly on weekends and during peak periods. You can book online or contact our team directly.

 

Absolutely — the Pearler’s Plate pairs well with any of our Shellar Door tours, including the Shell to Showroom, Farm to Plate, and Oyster & Pearl Lovers tours. Enjoy it before or after your visit to round out your day.

 

 

Oysters aren’t included, but they’re available to purchase separately, fresh and shucked, at our Shellar Door. We grow four species, Sydney Rock, Pacific Rock, Angasi and Akoya oysters, all sustainably farmed right here at Broken Bay in NSW.

 

Absolutely — it’s what the Pearler’s Plate is designed around. Our Shellar Door features pearl jewellery set with our Broken Bay-grown Australian Akoya pearls, as well as Australian South Sea pearls from our sister farm in Cygnet Bay, Western Australia.

Yes, a return bus transfer to and from Hawkesbury River Train Station is available for the Pearler’s Plate, but it’s a bus transfer that must be booked in advance, it can’t be arranged on the day. Once booked, we’ll collect you from the station 20 minutes before your scheduled time, so please make sure you arrive with enough time to catch your pickup, as it’s your responsibility to be there on time.
