As pearl farmers, our work depends entirely on the health of the waterways we operate in.

Here on the NSW Central Coast, our oysters play an important role in the ecosystem. As they grow, they naturally filter the water around them, supporting the health of the environment they rely on.
Our tours are designed to give guests a genuine insight into this process. From oyster farming through to pearl production, every part of the experience is shaped by nature, not controlled by it.
