Visit our Shellar Door

Situated on the edge of the stunning Lower Hawkesbury River, just one hour north of Sydney, is our Shellar Door. Visitors are welcome to come in and browse our selection of locally grown pearls, shells and jewellery, or enjoy some fresh local oysters at our outdoor seating alongside the river.  While you are here, why not join us on one of our guided tour experiences (bookings required).

OUR TOURS AND EXPERIENCES

Our Shellar Door experiences are designed as combined experiences to become a true pearl and oyster expert, or to standalone for those looking for a quick fix - we know you'll be back for more!

You’re invited to visit New South Wales’ only pearl farm.

Meet the passionate farming team, learn about Australia’s pearl and oyster farming history, join a guided tour, browse the Pearls of Australia jewellery collection or simply enjoy freshly shucked local oysters with a stunning view of Spectacle Island.

Shell to Showroom

$100 / adult

Farm to Plate

A table with an assortment of cold meats, pickles, strawberries, shucked oysters and other delicious foods are available to the guests enjoying a Private Shellar Door Experience.

Grazing Lunch & Oysters

As you are guided through the farm leases, you will be immersed in the incredible marine wilderness of the local bay while learning about the intricate details of the locally grown Australian Akoya pearl.
